    I find commenting on Southern Culture somewhat difficult, even though I am from Texas, I was raised in a home with parents from the North and the Midwest. What I can say is that the things that people enjoy about the South can be enjoyed in the North as well. They have hot summer days wear they lay by the pool. And by the way my mom can never get enough sugar in her ice tea, I know they enjoy it has well. I think that it is defantly time to put all this north/south stuff behind us, and really just be American. Our cultures have already mixed so much as it is. Our values are about the same as a country, and the American dream is still alive. We should be proud of where we come from, but I think we should stop waving around a flag that represents apart of a time that I am really not that proud of.
