    Well my understanding of southern music is the music style in the south. I mean to me southern music consits of the blues,gospel,and ragtime. I am really not familiar with any of Elvis music. I really don't know why he became the center of attention,and still is. I really think he has and will continue to make more money dead than alive. don't get me wrong I am not saying that he does'nt deserve the publicity, but can the people let him rest?
