    I like southern music, but haven't really understood why we are spending a whole week on it. I listened to the speaker who came and talked about Elvis. I'll have to admit I was expecting something a little different than what was given. It was a wonderful academic speech, but not many college students enjoy those kinds of lectures. I feel if the person putting this together wants to get more college students to play active rolls, they should make sure that what they do decided to present will be found interesting to the students. But what to I know, I'm just a student.
