    "Back Where I Come From", by Kenny Chesney is a perfect illustration of Southern Pride and Culture. Family and religion are the single most important factors in southern life. I was born in Tennessee and have lived here for my entire life. At least ninety percent of my immediate and extended family live in some part of Tennessee. I can not imagine my life without the closeness of my family. In the South, family is life. I believe the rest of society could learn a lot about priorities in life from observing the intricate web of southern culture.
