    Some of the ties that bind southern families are traditions. A tradition that my family has if that every Christmas we have breakfast at my Grandmothers house. This is one breakfast that every family member is expected to attend because we enjoy each others fellowship. Another tradition we have is that every time their is a new child that enters the family we go see it and get to know him or her. These are just two of the ties that bind my family and most other southern families like mine.
