I believe that every person has their own idea of what a southern family is like. My town is small and everybody knows everybody else's business. It is somewhat like Mayberry but we actually have a McDonald's now. I like my hometown small, it gives me comfort to know that those who surround me are good people. My family was large but because of illnesses and deaths we have become a small,close-knit family. The warmth of happiness of knowing that in order to get to what I call home, I can drive no further than a mile to get there!
