    I am a Japanese. And I came here about two and half years ago. But I still don't know what Soutern culture is. But there is one thing I think this is one of features in Southern culture. I think Southern people is to be free and easy. I mean they don't much care about time and are cheerful. In Japan it is almost same. If you go to south of Japan, you will feel so. I think wheather effect it. People living in hot place in weather is usually so in comparison with people living cold place. I like the feature. I think my decision of university to study abroad is right
