    The Festival of Southern Women is a special event for women. It celebrates all of the wonderful things that women have done. The Festival of Southern Women gives honor to women of the past and present. Women of the past are known for their strength and endurance during wartimes and depressions. Women of the present are active in the work force, armed forces, and so much more. The Festival of Southern Women allows the accomplishments of women to be recognized.
