I began my tenure at The University of Tennessee at Martin in January 1985 in administration in Student Affairs. In 1999, I became a member of the faculty in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. Currently, I am Associate Professor of Education (Counseling) and teach graduate courses in organization and admininstration of school counseling services/ programs and multicultural issues in education and couseling. In addition, I am the Equity & Diversity Officer/Title VI Coordinator for the University. Thank you for visiting my homepage.
