ABOUT DR. PAYNE

DR. THOMAS H. "TOM" PAYNE is the current holder of the Horace and Sara Dunagan Chair of Excellence in Banking. Dr. Payne joined the University of Tennessee system as a professor of finance at the Chattanooga campus in 1992. In 1998, Dr. Payne moved to Martin, Tennessee to accept the
Dunagan Chair.
