Project Management

The management of the project will be under the overall direction of two leaders at UT Martin:

Dr. Thomas Payne (Professor and Dunagan Chair of Excellence in Finance and Banking in the College of Business and Public Affairs) and

Dr. Paul Crapo (Professor, Chair of Modern Foreign Languages Department, and Director of Center for Global Studies).

The Project Management Team will be comprised of Dr. Payne, Dr. Crapo, Dr. Ernest Moser, Mr. Stan Sieber, and Ms. Sandra Baker.
