1. Players Equipment
1.1 Players must wear tennis shoes, rubber cleated shoes, or shoes with molded smooth cleats. Metal or plastic cleats, street shoes, or bare feet are prohibited.
1.2 Headwear
a. Players may wear headwear if it is a knit or stocking cap. The cap may have no bill.
b. Headwear containing any hard, unyielding, stiff material, including billed hats, or items containing exposed knots are not permitted.
c. Players may wear a headband no wider than 2 inches and made of nonabrasive unadorned single-colored cloth, elastic, fiber, soft leather or rubber. Rubber or cloth elastic bands may be used to control hair.
1.3 Protective padding is prohibited.
1.4 Pads, braces, or cast worn above the waist are not permitted.
1.5 Pants or shirts with any belt(s), belt loop(s), pockets(s) or exposed drawstring(s) are not permitted.
1.6 Any type of jewelry (rings, necklaces or ear rings) is prohibited.
1.7 Leg and knee braces made of hard, unyielding material, unless covered on both sides and all edges overlapped and any other hard substance is covered with at least 1/2 inch of closed cell slow recovery rubber or other material of similar thickness and physical properties is not allowed.
1.8 Players of opposing teams must wear shirts and flag belts of contrasting color. The Office of Campus Recreation will supply scrimmage vest and flag belts.
1.9 Each player must wear a T-shirt with sleeves underneath the vest.
1.10 No article of clothing may cover any part of the flag belt. All jerseys, shirts, etc. must be tucked in, in their length covers the flag belts. No towels may be worn tucked in or around the waist.
1.11  Flag belts must not have any knots tied in them.
1.12 Individual team jerseys are permissible with the following requirements.
a. Every player must wear the same color jersey.
b. Must be of a contrasting color to the opposing team.
c. Must be of a contrasting color to their flag belts.
1.13 Players may use personal equipment, provided it is approved by the Recreational Supervisor prior to the start of the game.
1.14 Teams must use the ball provided by The Office of Campus Recreation, unless both teams can agree on the use of another ball.
