Here are the basic instructions on how to setup the Data Extract data folder for Banner using the User Preferences Form.
Login to Banner Forms and select Preferences , see Figure 1.
After the form (GUAUPRF) loads, click on Directory Options, see Figure 2
Type in desired directory for Banner Extract files (*.CSV), see Figure 3
Save record and Close form
Data Extract option must be turned on for each Banner Form (Contact ITS).
The export .CSV file does not contain the column header record
You may have to create the directory on your computer
