·        ALUM – Alumni

·        ATH - Athletic

·        BOOK - Used for scholarships that pay for books, such as Voc Rehab, Athletics and used is a way to keep a count of specific types of scholarships.

·        DUMY - Used as a holding account for awards that tentative based on GPA, etc.  This one will turn into another fund source if/when the specific requirements are met.  Example, Harold Connor scholarships for the spring are place in this holding account until the GPA can be verified for the spring.

·        OFFC - Off-campus scholarships

·        PRIV - Private; Private scholarships by donors

·        EXTN - External; Other (the infamous junk drawer; everybody needs one)

·        FDRL - Federal

·        INST – Institutional

·        STAT - State

·        LOAN – loan

·        SCNB - Scholarship: Need-Based

·        SCNN - Scholarship: Non-Need
