Here
are the basic instructions on how to operate Banner Web - Registration (add/drop classes, view schedule, etc).
Display UTM homepage and Log into the myUTMartin Portal by typing your username and password and clicking login , see Figure 1
After the menu loads go to the Student -- Faculty Load menu, see Figure 2. The forms names you will be using are SIAFPER and SIAINST.
**Go Into SIAFPER and select the Tenure code and their Primary Activity, see Figure 3. Press F9 for a Tenure code lookup, see Figure 4
**If this code has change from the original entry, please go to SIAINST and record the previous of historic Tenure code and Primary Activity in Faculty Attribute Block (Ctrl+Page Down 3 times), see Figure 5.
The current list of codes to choose from (the same selections in SIAFPER) are TENI (Ineligible), TENN (Not On Tenure Track), TENO (On Tenure Track), TENT (Tenured), PRIA (Administrative), PRII (Instructional), and PRIR (Research), see Figure 5.
If you have an employee that is not Full Time or Temporary and is under contract, set his Staff Type to RPT (regular part time) or TFT (Temp. Full Time) and add the contact to the Faculty Contract Block; see Figure 6. Be sure to mark this contract Default.

If you do not know the CRN you want to add select Look-Up Classes from the Student - Registration Menu (See Figure 5) to search for the CRN Add , See Figure 14
Once you Look-Up you class, just select the respect class and click on Register, See Figure 15
Each time you change you classes, your new schedule changes are immediately shown, see Figure 9
To Drop a class, just select Drop/Delete in the combo box below the Action column, see Figure 10
Select Submit Changes to complete your new schedule changes, see Figure 11
**PLEASE NOTE:
SIAFPER - This form should store the most current information
SIAINST - You may have to Use Maintenance to create a new record to save changes in respective Term
SIAINST - Make sure you record the Status in the correct Term, please use Maintenance mode
General - Use F9 to look up possible values in form fields

- Use Shift+F7 or the Rollback (
) Icon to return to the Header Block of any form
