Banner Web - Grades/CAPP.<Top>


Here are the basic instructions on how to operate Banner Web - Grades and CAPP.

  1. Display UTM homepage and Log into the myUTMartin Portal by typing your username and password and clicking login , see Figure 1

  2. After the portal loads, click Banner tab , see Figure 2

  3. Click Student Services & Financial Aid, see Figure 3

  4. Click Student Records, see Figure 4

  5. Click Midterm Grades, see Figure 5

  6. Select term for Midterm Grades & click Submit, see Figure 6

  7. Midterm Grades screen will be displayed, see Figure 7

  8. Click Final Grades, see Figure 5

  9. Select term for Final Grades & click Submit, see Figure 8

  10. Final Grades Screen will be displayed, see Figure 9

  11. Click CAPP For Students, see Figure 5

  12. Select desired program, minor, and catalog & click Run New Report, see Figure 10.  See Figure 11 for the resulting report output.

  13. For printing, Click Printer-friendly format, see Figure 12

  14. Displays what courses have been fulfilled towards major and what is lacking, see Figure 13
