Records Things to know, Relative to UTM and Banner

Contents:

Entering city, state, & zip for on-campus addresses vs. local Martin addresses

1.    If entering any address for a building on campus (ex: Gooch, Crisp, Admin Bldg, University Center , etc) 

            City = Campus Mail

            State = TN

            Zip = 38238

2.       If entering any address for Grove Apts., University Courts, Martin Place, or any other local address

            City = Martin

            State = TN

            Zip = 38237

Please make sure if you enter Martin, the zip should be 38237, not 38238. Likewise, if Campus Mail, the zip should be 38238, not 38237.

 

A tip I would like to pass on which will alleviate this problem… when entering an address, if you will tab to the zip code field & enter the zip, Banner will automatically populate the city, state, and county for you. Even when you enter 38238, this will populate the information correctly as noted above.
