Membership Categories and Dues

Associate Member: any student interested in biology may become an associate member of the organization. Associates may participate in society activities, and may proceed on to full membership if eligible. ($45 - $35 to national chapter, $10 to local chapter).

Regular Member: Students who are at least second semester sophomores who have been associate members for at least one semester, and who have at least three courses of biology training (one must be above introductory level) with a minimum grade of B in each course. (for promotion: $20 - $10 to national chapter, $10 to local chapter; to skip associate membership: $55 - $45 to national chapter, $10 to local chapter).

After you become a regular member (or after your first semester as associate member) your dues become $10 per semester.
