ATTENDANCE
- You are allowed 6 hours of absences
in Grammar 3 during the term.
- Two lates equals one
absence.
- There will be no excused absences, so
you are encouraged to save your absences for times when you are really sick or
for emergency situations.
If you have more than 6 absences, one point for each absence over 6
will be deducted (taken away) from your final grade in the
course.
MAKE-UP WORK
- A student who is absent from class is
not allowed to make up any work unless he presents an excuse signed by
a doctor or nurse. Therefore, do not give me homework late if you don't
have a written excuse.
- A student who misses a major test and
does not have a written excuse will not be allowed to take the test
late. No exceptions!

of student performance will be based on attendance and participation in
pronunciation activities and will usually be the same as the grade received in
Grammar.
