·        Track performance throughout time line

 

What to DO

·        Construct an agenda showing activities for day(s) of event

·        Identify all elements that make up agenda

·        Identify persons or committees to follow through on breakdown of elements

·        Incorporate all details in master action plan and committee subplans

 

How to Write them

 

Action Plans are charted out in tabular form or they can be done in timeline graphs using Project Document Software.

 

Elements must take into consideration timeline for delivery of elements to ensure that items are available within the required timeline on the Master Action Plan.
