The Martin Chapter

    The Martin Breakfast Optimist Club was chartered on September 30, 1990.  For over a decade, the Club has fulfilled the motto, "Friend of Youth."  The club is made up of men and women interested in serving their community.  They are committed to programs that focus on making a positive impact on the lives of todays youth.  

    The Martin Optimist Club alternates its meetings weekly, meeting on Tuesday mornings at 7 a.m. at the University of Tennessee at Martin Cafeteria in the Bowling University Center on the even days of each month.  On the odd numbered Tuesdays of each month, the Club meets at noon at the Snappy Tomato Pizza Restaurant.

    The Martin Optimist Club welcomes visitors to each of its weekly meetings. The meetings offer social fellowship and programs are offered each week on a variety of community-related topics.  The links below provide information and access to persons are carrying roles of leadership within the club who may be contacted for more information about the club's activities.
