Cyber Corp has its $2 million corporate office n Martin, Tennessee The brick three-story 20,000 square facility is located on approximately five acres of  prime commercial property.  The corporation currently operates projects in seven states, the Philippines, and the Marshall Islands. Over the past seven years, the company has completed over 300 projects ranging in size from a few thousand dollars to individual project values in excess of $4.7 million.

The Company has grown from an annual revenue 7 years ago of $150,000 to today’s annual revenues approaching $20 million. The Company has been on the INC Magazine’s list of the 500 fastest growing companies consecutively for the last three years.

Cyber Corps is under contract with the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency to identify and isolate factors of interest to their agencies relating to nitrogen oxide emission standards affecting steam generating power plants. The approach is national in scope and deals with available technologies, costs, and potential impacts.

Cyber Corps is identifying and analyzing technologies available to control nitrogen oxide(s) emissions including: absorption, adsorption, catalytic reduction, and combustion modification techniques. The Company is carrying out an industrial survey to assess applicability, performance, and cost of NOx control equipment. Control techniques are being examined for effectiveness, operational considerations, and potential environmental impact.

Cyber Corp activities on this project include application of knowledge of EPA regulations and New Source Performance Standards for nitrogen oxide; performing dispersion calculations estimating the potential impact of nitrogen oxide emissions on air quality, understanding control technologies and strategies for reducing nitrogen oxide emissions from electric utility boilers.

New Contract Won in Pennsylvania

Who: Cyber Corp (Construction and Maintenance Division) has won a direct support and general support maintenance contract at Neville Island, Philadelphia and Fort Indian-Town Gap, Pennsylvania.

What: The contract is a fixed-fee one-year contract worth $2 million. Options are available for two additional years. Tasks within the contract include maintenance of tactical vehicles, combat vehicles, construction equipment, electronics, armament, general equipment, commodity items, and audio-visual equipment.

Value: $3 million annually

Duration: One year beginning today.

Taco Belle

Who: Cyber Corp (Commercial Division) has recently completed work on 23 Taco Belles in the Los Angeles area.

Type: Fixed Price

What:  Cyber Corp personnel installed data and communication cabling. The data cabling was installed for Point of Sale (POS) computer networking.  In, addition, persons carried out minor construction in the offices.  Two Tako Belle Corporate officers have visited Cyber Corp Headquarters to explore further business possiblities including application of touch screen technology which can be used in training situations.

Value:  $2 million

Cyber Corp is doing the environmental remedial investigation and feasibility studies for 16 waste area groupings in the Department of Energy Oak Ridge Reservation. The contract worth about $5 million per year involves environmental sampling, construction of autostream samplers, analysis of samples, generation of all written documentation for the project including technical memoranda, Remedial Investigation Plans, Site Characterization Summaries, and recommendations for Closure. Cyber Corp provides biologists, chemists, lab techs, writers, editors, lab services personnel, and all management and administrative staff.

Cyber Corp is producing an electronic weighing machine which produces both digital and recording tape output. The scale also is voice activated when anyone moves to within four feet of the scale, inviting the potential client to "weigh in for fitness and health." The scale is currently under production for distribution in airports in seven states and expansion is planned within the next year to health and fitness centers. Although the voice activation is automatic, weighing in is triggered by placing a coin in the coin slot. Units are selling for about $2,500 a machine and test uses in high traffic areas within airports suggest the units will pay for themselves in such areas in four months.

Tasks in this contract include: distribution services, storage and accountability of materials, sales promotions, and operation and support of bookstores, bookmobiles, and newspaper/book/magazine outlets.
