New Contract Won in Hawaii

Who: Cyber Corp (Construction and Maintenance Division) is a joint venture partner with FacMan Inc.

What: Operation and Maintenance Services for Pacific Missile Range Facility at Barking Sands, HI

Value: $3 million annually

Duration: Three years beginning a week from today

Scope: Range operating services and base support systems to include: Public works, financial tracking, quality assurance, corrosion control, security, safety, base communications, supply, airfield maintenance, flight line support, fire, rescue, medical, courier, closed circuit television, test equipment calibration, central document control. Range support includes underwater tracking, trajectory measurement, telemetry, real-time data processing, post operational analysis and maintenance of all target systems.

New Contract Won in Pennsylvania

Who: Cyber Corp (Construction and Maintenance Division) has won a direct support and general support maintenance contract at Neville Island, Philadelphia and Fort Indian-Town Gap, Pennsylvania.

What: The contract is a fixed-fee one-year contract worth $2 million. Options are available for two additional years. Tasks within the contract include maintenance of tactical vehicles, combat vehicles, construction equipment, electronics, armament, general equipment, commodity items, and audio-visual equipment.

Value: $3 million annually

Duration: One year beginning today.

Tako Belle Work Completed

Who: Cyber Corp (Commercial Division) has recently completed work on 23 Tako Belles in the Los Angeles area.

What: Cyber Corp personnel installed data and communication cabling. The data cabling was installed for use by Point of Sale (POS) computer networking. In addition, persons carried out minor construction in the office. Also, two Tako Belle Corporate officers have visited Cyber Corp Headquarters to explore further business possibilities including application of touch screen technology which can be used in training and other applications

Value: $2 million

New Products Released

Who: Cyber Corp (Commercial Division) has developed two new products in sports electronics. One is an interval Timer and the other is a Speed/Reaction Timer. The timers will be marketed to sports programs across the country.

What: The interval timer uses an electronic circuit to allow a timer to operate a horn to sound at preset intervals. The setting for this timer can range from one second to one hour and can display preset time. The University of Scramford is currently using the timer to mark intervals between successive time practice drills and to time short duration drills for specific athletic skills. The speed/reaction times is used to provide hands free, accurate, portable timing of athletes in action and has practical application in sports such as track and field.

Value: $unknow, but the units will tentatively sell for from between $100 to $200 per unit.

Cyber Corps Makes INC List for Third Straight Year

Who: Cyber Corps has been selected to be listed in INC. Magazine’s list of 500 fastest growing privately owned firms in the U.S.

What: This is the third straight year the Company has been selected for the honor. Cyber Corps first appeared on the list in 1998 as number 415. In 1999 it number 73 and this year it was 67th. Ranking is based on percentage of sales growth over the previous five-year period. Cyber Corps has grown from $150,000 in 1998 to over $20.3 million in 2000.

Racer Wins State Honors

Who: Geoffe Jordan, Jr., a radiator repairman at the direct service/general service maintenance contract in Ft. Riley, Kansas has won the Kansas State Streetstock Championship held in Hutchinsons, Kansas.

What: Jordan was the points champion in the Road Runner Division. The races are three-day point races with the driver having the most points at the end of the third day being the champion.

The racer dominated the first and second day races in both heat and feature races. After the second day, five drivers in the race protested his care which race officials then checked (the engine was pulled, weighed, and measured) and declared legal. Upon hearing the car was legal, the crowd roared its support.

Jordan has been racing since 1997 and won the points title both in 1998 and 1999.

Corporate Office Personnel Receive Awards

Who: Glenda Adems, Howard Stern, Jack Benny

What: Received Cyber Corp Awards including cash bonuses and certificates of appreciation from their respective divisions for their performance in 1999. Persons and divisions are: Glenda Adems-Central Administration, Howard Stern-Commercial Division, Jack Benny-Central Accounting, Jesse Ventura-Construction and Maintenance.

Each bonus check was for $4,000.
