All
LEAD Academy participants will be assigned a faculty or staff mentor.
Your
mentor will
assist you in selecting leadership opportunities according to your
interest
and previous
experience. Your mentor will also help you assess your progress and
will provide
assistance with the development of your leadership portfolio,
documenting
your experiences and skill development.
