If you have more students than boxes provided, please submit this page and then return to it to fill in more names. Directors are NOT required to submit complete quartets. Your submission will be sent to the Music Department secretary, the Festival Director (Dr. Gatwood), and the principal conductor (Dr. Simmons). Once you submit the information, you will be sent to a confirmation page.
