A question came up in the Chancellor’s Staff meeting this past Monday, for which I have no answer; and it was this: would the faculty find it preferable to move from our current calendar-year performance appraisal cycle to a fiscal year cycle? I will be bringing this to the executive committee and ultimately the FS, but I thought I would ask the question here in case anyone had a strong opinion one way or the other.
