K12 Lobbyist win K-12 cyber-education push with Tennessee Legislature

Apparently there is no limit to what effective lobbyists can do. Read this story on a recent lobbying success in Nashville that will pay off handsomely for a private firm, K12 to deliver “public” K-12 education online in Tennessee. State Senator Andy Berke had this story on his blog and it also ran this past Sunday in the Chattanooga Free Times. Oh, and if the private for public swap was not enough, the company involved is run by a convicted felon!!!
