I graduated in 1996 with a Ph.D. in Business Administration
from The University of Memphis, with major areas in Human Resource Management
and Organizational Behavior. I also hold an M.B.A. and B.B.A. from Memphis
State University. Currently employed by the University of Tennessee-Martin as
an Assistant Professor of Management, my recent publications include a book
chapter in Advances in Interdisciplinary Studies of Work Teams as well
as various journal
articles. My research focuses on human resource management, organizational
justice, organizational commitment, and cultural diversity.
