I'm lucky to remember how to listen to and delete my messages, so I decided to make some flowcharts of what all those choices are so I could look at them while I'm listening to the lady explain it.  Maybe you will find them useful too.

Some of the functions go further than what I show here, but if you're doing things like sponsoring mailboxes and working with "press 1 for so-and-so" call processors, you may already have an instruction sheet designed specifically for your application.  If not, contact the Help Desk at 7900 or 4357 (HELP) and we'll make sure you do!

FIRST THINGS FIRST:  How to set up your new Voicemail account


Once your account is set up and you dial 7590 and enter your security code, you have 3 options besides "star" to quit.  They are:

PRESS 1 TO LISTEN TO MESSAGES

PRESS 2 TO RECORD AND SEND MESSAGES

PRESS 3 FOR PERSONAL OPTIONS  (The voice doesn't mention this one)

Unless a different function is listed, "pound" (#) will replay your current menu and "star" ( * ) will take you back to the previous menu.
