Everyone is a leader.  We play different roles in our lives where we are part of a group;  whether it be family, student group, church group, etc. In these roles, people look to us to help achieve goals and missions. 

How well you lead depends on your leadership skills.  We learn about leadership sometimes by trial and error, but we can learn through reading articles, taking courses, going to workshops and practicing.
