The College of Business and Public Affairs, one of five colleges on the campus of The University of Tennessee at Martin, is accredited by the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and houses three academic departments:

MBA and MAc courses are also taught on the campus of Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee, and MBA courses at Oak Ridge Associated University's Training and Management Systems Division Building at 246 Laboratory Road in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Two endowed chairs, the Horace and Sara Dunagan Chair of Excellence in Banking and the Tom E. Hendrix Chair of Excellence in Free Enterprise, function within the School of Business Administration, as does the Center for Quality and Productivity (CQP).
