The following
catalogs, inventories
and lists are to let readers know that a particular manuscript or
microform of a manuscript was observed at the the time it was
catalogued, in many cases to locate a manuscript by its shelfmark in a
particular collection, and in some cases to connect readers with a
description of that manuscript. I have used several criteria for
classifying these. In some cases, the catalogues are
of historical rather than locational value, and some catogues list
manuscripts
from a range of centuries outside the Middle Ages. This page is part of
the Andy Holt Virtul Library's section on medieval source-based
textual scholarship. |
