Long-Term Recruitment Participation
WLJT-TV/DT continues its participation in the UT Martin Communications Scholarship program. This involvement began in 1999.
WLJT-TV/DT participates with regional job-shadowing programs for high school and college students.
WLJT-TV/DT regularly invites college student interns to participate in station business and activities.
WLJT-TV/DT participates in local and regional “job fairs” when they are held.
WLJT-TV/DT employees accept invitations to speak to high school and college classes about broadcasting careers and current jobs.
