CONTENTS :Collection consists of subpoenas, warrants, deeds, land grants, wills, legal briefs and notes produced and issued by the Chancery Court Clerks Office of Weakley County, Tennessee.
HISTORY NOTE : Weakley County was established by the State of Tennessee in 1823. The first County Court House was constructed four years later the City of Dresden and the Chancery Court was established soon afterwards.
