| HISTORY NOTE : | Van Morgan attended Hall-Moody Normal School in the early 1920's and was a graduate of the University of Tennessee Junior College. We went on to work with the Army Corp of Engineers and was involved in the Land Between the Lakes project in Tennessee and Kentucky. |
