Crop and Soil Management

Play an integral role in the most basic of human needs-food.

Have you ever wondered what soil is made of, how it nourishes crops and organisms, and how it can be maintained and improved over time? This curriculum will give you the opportunity to, literally, get your hands dirty and dig into soil origin and management, resource utilization, plant reproduction and genetics, and other areas. Students will meet requirements for certification as Certified Crop Advisors.
