Elizabeth Pritchett is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Center Point Business Solutions. Currently, she serves on the board of directors for TN Soybean Festival, WLJT, and Weakley County 911. She serves on the advisory board for the WestStar Alumni Council, Leadership Weakley County and Martin Elementary School. Elizabeth is a graduate of WestStar and Leadership Weakley County. She is also an adjunct teacher at the University of TN at Martin as well as a frequent local speaker for marketing, human resources, and various business topics. Elizabeth resides in Martin, TN with her husband and three children.
Terry Lewis is a native of Martin, Tennessee. In December of 2016, Terry accepted the position of Manager of Information Technology with Weakley County Municipal Electric Company after retiring from UT Martin with over 32 years of service. Terry received his Bachelor of Science degree from UT Martin in Computer Science in 1984 and began his career at UT Martin in September of 1984 where he served as a Programmer Analyst, Assistant Director of the Computer Center, Director of Systems Administration and IT Security within Information Technology Services, and finally as Interim Chief Information Officer for over four years. During his tenure at UT Martin, Terry taught Computer Science 201 for almost fifteen years at the UT Martin Selmer Center and the UT Martin Ripley Center.
Trisha Capansky teaches in the fields of technical communication and political science. Before entering academia, Capansky’s career involved working for several newspapers as a government reporter, and more recently as an urban planner for a municipality where she regulated land use and developed a cleanup program for blighted residential areas. Capansky’s interest in government also involves the application of nation building through communication platforms. Her studies have led to articles about cellular phone and internet usage in South Sudan, and she has a forthcoming book chapter which expands the study to
