In order to better facilitate Digital Signage updates and bring Digital Signage in line with our system wide message, the following guidelines have been implemented as of April 23, 2018.
- Photography can be used, but it should be limited to 20 total images. 15 images can be chosen from PhotoShelter and up to five submitted images at one time.
- Submitted images need to be approved by University Relations and must fit the screen resolution (1920x1080), but images that include the chancellor, depict university buildings and classrooms or showcase an academic area or program will (in most cases) not be approved unless they are official university photographs.
- Any branded messages or official messages that include the UT Martin logo should be filtered through University Relations via the Publications Request form at least two weeks prior to the actual date the display is to run. All other messages may be posted at the discretion of the Web Services team.
