SFC Kenneth R. Acfalle

Sergeant First Class Kenneth R. Acfalle was born in Merizo, Guam and graduated from George Washington Senior High School. In 2001, he joined the United States Army Reserves and attended One Station Unit Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. In 2004, SFC Acfalle transitioned from Reserve to Active Duty.


SFC Acfalle’s previous duties and assignments include 14th Military Police Detachment, Camp Casey, South Korea; 55th Military Police Company, Camp Casey, South Korea; 58th Military Police Company, Schofield Barracks, HI; HHC, 2D SBCT Military Police Platoon, JBLM, WA; MSCoE NCOA MP ALC, Fort Leonard Wood, MO; 8th TSC G-3, Fort Shafter, HI; 57th Military Police Company, Schofield Barracks, HI; 13th Military Police Detachment, Schofield Barracks, HI. His duty positions include Gunner, Driver, Team Leader, Squad Leader, Small Group Leader, Senior Small Group Leader, Antiterrorism Force Protection NCO, Operations NCO, Platoon Sergeant, and Detachment Sergeant.


SFC Acfalle has deployed two times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. His formal training consists of Basic Leaders Course, Advanced Leaders Course, Senior Leaders Course, Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course, Small Group Instructor Course, Antiterrorism Basic and Advanced Course, Equal Opportunity Leaders Course, Conventional Physical Security Course, and Criminal Intelligence Analyst Course.


SFC Acfalle has an Associate’s Degree in Diplomacy in Military Studies from Hawaii Pacific University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.


SFC Acfalle’s awards include the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal (3 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (1 OLC), Army Good Conduct Medal (5th award), Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal (1 CS), Iraq Campaign Medal (2 CS), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon (Numeral 3), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Ribbon (Numeral 4), Combat Action Badge, and the Master Instructor Badge.


SFC Acfalle has two children, Kenneth Jr. (15), and Lily Grace (13).
