UT Martin McNairy County Center/Selmer to celebrate 20 years

MARTIN, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee at Martin McNairy County Center/Selmer will celebrate 20 years with an open house event from 3-6 p.m., Sept. 27, at the center on Tennessee Avenue. Selmer became UT Martin’s first educational outreach location in 1998.

The location has more than 100 students currently enrolled and has served several thousand students over the past two decades. Students in this area can select undergraduate courses supporting bachelor’s degrees in more than 80 specialized programs as well as several graduate-level course options.

Student ambassadors will be giving tours during the open house event, and UT Martin representatives will be available to answer questions about admission and degree programs.
