Applications still accepted for spring 2019 semester

The University of Tennessee at Martin is still accepting applications for the spring 2019 semester. Recent high school graduates, nontraditional students, returning adult learners and transfer students are all eligible to apply. Academic advising begins Jan. 9, and registration extends Jan. 10-16.

Spring classes begin Jan. 10 on the UT Martin main campus and at all five centers in Jackson, Parsons, Ripley, Selmer and Somerville. Online and hybrid courses are also available to accommodate individual academic needs.

UT Martin currently offers more than 100 undergraduate areas of study within 18 degree programs as well as five graduate-level degree programs with 17 specialized concentrations. Approximately 71 percent of UT Martin faculty hold the highest degree in their field, and more than 81 percent of classes have fewer than 30 students.

Approximately 92 percent of degree-seeking undergraduate students receive some form of financial aid, which included $16.3 million awarded in grants and $22.6 million awarded in scholarships during the 2017-18 academic year.
