UT Martin MBA, education degrees nationally ranked

The University of Tennessee at Martin’s online Master of Business Administration degree and online Master of Education with a major in school counseling have both been highly ranked in their fields by national education websites this month.

UT Martin’s MBA is first in the state and tied for 35th-place nationwide according to U.S. News & World Report’s listing of the best online MBA programs for 2020. Also ranked 35th are Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut; University of Miami Business School in Coral Gables, Florida; University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota; and Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. The next-highest ranked Tennessee program is the University of Memphis in 62nd place.

The UT Martin MBA is also among the 30 most affordable accelerated MBA programs for those seeking degrees in human resources for 2020, according to BestCollegesOnline.org. UT Martin makes this national list at number 11 and is second in Tennessee behind Bryan College, ranked ninth.

TopCounselingSchools.org lists the UT Martin master’s degree in education with a major in school counseling 14th among the top 30 degrees of this type. UT Martin is the top-ranked Tennessee school on this list, with Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of Education and Human Development following at number 29.

CollegeValuesOnline.com also ranks this program 11th among the top 20 accelerated online master’s programs in school counseling for 2020, making UT Martin the only Tennessee program included in this particular ranking.
