UT Martin Dance Ensemble to perform spring showcase April 8-9

The University of Tennessee at Martin Department of Visual and Theatre Arts Dance Ensemble will perform the 2021 spring showcase “Deliver us Peace” at 7 p.m., April 8-9, in the Harriet Fulton Theatre with limited reserved seating. The April 8 show will also be livestreamed on the Department of Visual and Theatre Arts YouTube account.

The 2021 spring showcase will feature student performances by Morgan Abston, a junior nursing major; Hunter Burton, a senior fine and performing arts major; Alaina Harvey, a sophomore interdisciplinary studies major; Brianna Stephens, a senior fine and performing arts major; and Kimani Subber, a senior communications major, as well as a performance by Sarah McCormick, professor of dance, director of ensemble and coordinator of the K-12 dance education licensure program. The dances were choreographed by McCormick, as well as Burton, Harvey, Stephens and Subber.
