Kerri Arnold, of Holladay, was crowned Miss Tennessee Volunteer 2019 on June 22 in Jackson. Arnold is a junior interdisciplinary studies major at UT Martin and will spend the next year serving as Gov. Bill Lee’s character education spokesperson. Graham stands up for women of color
