The University of Tennessee at Martin’s Verna B. Coleman Center for Women and Gender Equality offers students, faculty, and staff an environment that encourages discourse, skill building, and growth opportunities in areas related to gender issues. The Center works to provide educational programming on topics related to women and LGBT+ issues; strives to foster interaction between the students, faculty, and staff it serves; and encourages connections between the campus and community at large.
We welcome all female and males who are interested in creating and sustaining gender equality. We encourage students to attend our programs, volunteer, study, or visit at the Center for Women and Gender Equality. Feel free to drop by anytime during our office hours.
