Mission Statement

The mission for the Office of University Outreach is to create opportunities to engage with citizens, professionals, industry and schools by providing educational programs and training to help people meet their educational and training goals and assist in the economic development of our region.

Non-Degree Programs

UT Martin offers a variety of non-degree learning options for all ages. Let us assist you in continuing your education with career certificate programs, pursuing a hobby, or learning a new skill. We also offer many children and youth programs that allow your student to discover new things in hands-on, exciting environments. Find your place with us!

Children and Youth

Kid College - June 5-9

Kid College is a 5-day program for Children who will attend Kindergarten in 2023 through 5th grade. Our goal for Kid College is to provide your child an opportunity to have a fun, learning experience. We have many interesting and exciting courses. You and your child may review the course descriptions and select the course(s) they wish to take based on their interests and the appropriate grade level. Children may register for one to five classes.

Prior to Kid College

  • Register your child online in advance.
  • Registration fee: $40 per class, includes t-shirt. Payment is due when you register your child.
  • Emails with your child’s schedule and other important information will be sent on the Wednesday before Kid College.

Partnered with Ed2go, UT Martin has hundreds of online classes for personal or professional skills training. Self-paced or instructor-led courses are available in areas such as computer applications, arts and design, foreign language, and many more.
