**Undergraduate Research:**

1. **Camiron Deloach**: Camiron studied the construction of the Hilbert space
filling cuvre. She presented her work at the poster session at the
Mathematical Association of America Southeastern Section in the Spring of 2016, Birmingham, Alabama (poster)

2. **Emily Lichtenegger**: We studied the optimal transportation of self-similar measures on the unit interval. Emily presented our work at the
Mathematical Association of America Southeastern Section in the Spring of 2018, Clemson, South Carolina and we published our results at the J. Math. Anal. Appl. (see [2])

3. **Easton Brawley and Mason Doyle** We have been studying the $2$-Wasserstein distance between self-similar measures on the unit interval. We adopt the approximation argument
developed in [2] to study that distance.

**Math Colloquium:**
