Your password must contain at least three (3) of the following:
- lowercase letter
- uppercase letter
- number
- special character
Your password must be at least 12 characters long, and it cannot be one of the last 10 passwords you've used.
Your password may not contain your username or any personal information.
Identity Verification (Mon#YYYY#SSSS)
Mon = First 3 letters of birth month, first letter capitalized, followed by pound sign/hashtag
YYYY = 4-digit birth year, followed by pound sign/hashtag
SSSS = Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
