State Contracts

The State of Tennessee Purchasing Division secures statewide contracts for use by all State of Tennessee Agencies. Vendors opting to allow the University of Tennessee to utilize their contracts under the same pricing and terms and conditions as contracted to the State will include the statement "Contract extended to Local Governments and State Agencies" in the contract detail. To determine if a contract exists for the item or service which you desire to purchase, visit the state website at https://www.tn.gov/generalservices/procurement/central-procurement-office--cpo-/state-agencies-/statewide-contract-instruction--swc-.html and search for the requested items or services or contact the Office of Purchasing for assistance.

Where appropriate, bid requests from the University of Tennessee are worded to allow all campuses, units, and institutes as well as the Tennessee Board of Regents institutions (TBR) to purchase under the terms and conditions of the bids. All University of Tennessee campuses and units may also purchase under the terms and conditions of individual TBR institution vendor contracts that include provisions for such purchases. To determine if a contract exists for the desired product or service, contact the various Tennessee institutions, UT Knoxville Purchasing Contracts, or contact the Office of Purchasing for assistance.
