Please Note: All items are sold “As Is.” Bidders are required to have all purchased property removed the day of sale. Special arrangements for purchased property pickup must be approved by UT Martin staff. Ownership of surplus property not picked up will remit back to UT Martin.

Please visit https://www.govdeals.com, click Location Search and enter 38238 in the Zip/Postal Code box and submit. The University of TN at Martin will be listed first if any items are currently listed. You will have to create an account to bid on auction items. Registration is free and open to the public.
Automobile sales: Payment for automobiles must be made the day of the auction. Payment forms accepted are Cash, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or Company check w/Original Bank Letter of Credit. Debit cards will NOT be accepted.
